Through our proprietary Brand Discovery™ process, we uncovered key insights into J&J’s strengths and challenges, and a clear direction for repositioning. We rebranded the company as J&J Global Fulfilment and created a new website, a compelling brand film, and a series of targeted marketing campaigns. Our work also included striking assets and events for their internal launch and PR to unveil the new brand identity.

Working closely with J&J, we developed Navigator™, a new growth consultancy service, designed to enhance J&J’s role as a true partner for e-commerce brands, helping them see their future with complete clarity.

The refreshed brand reflects J&J’s dedication to providing their clients with world-first tech, including 24/7 data visibility and insights to boost efficiency and profitability, along with people-powered fulfilment services to help clients achieve their full growth potential.
