A Propaganda Senior Consultant works directly with business owners to formulate strategies that deploy brand to change businesses, enhance reputation, and help them find a piece of the spotlight. You help businesses win.
We work smart to create new brands and re-imagine existing ones across all business sectors. We only work on brands that we can genuinely influence. We’ve have been doing this for over 30 years, but no two days are the same.
We’re on the lookout for a deep thinker to join our award-winning Consultancy department – the leading team in the North. Our consultants are part researcher, part creative planner, part brand and business consultant. But more specifically we want someone who fits this bill:

- Help businesses look at their world with freshness and lucidity
- Bridge gaps between where a business is, and where it needs to be
- Seek out tensions and contradictions, and work out ways to solve them
- Be a trusted strategic advisor to board level
- Champion the role that brand plays in driving business growth
You’ll get paid to
- Work with a range of businesses, from startups to PLC’s
- Run senior level workshops
- Scope and manage research programmes, both qualitative and quantitative
- Author strategy that defines business direction
- Work with award winning creatives, copywriters, and designers to bring brands to life
- Present to senior stakeholders
Your experience:
- At least five years working within planning, client services, a creative department, or in research.
- Ownership and management of planning projects
- Insight generation – leading and delivering engaging market and competitor information
- Developing insights that inform business and business strategy
- Influencing the creative process by summarising market insights in a relative, inspiring and articulate way
- Conversing at board level
