Following the success of the Clipper Logistics “Death of the High Street?” conference in London, where Propaganda’s Head of Digital gave a speech on Multichannel Retailing in a Digital Age, we were invited to Ireland to speak at The Irish Internet Retailing Conference.

Organised by The Sunday Business Post, panelists included representatives from Facebook, Sage, Symantec and our Head of Digital, Kristal Ireland. The conference had presentations by Facebook on the new Timeline developments and Facebook Open Graph with Symantec giving some very compelling advice to online retailers about the importance of Internet security and fraud prevention.

Propaganda gave a presentation on the importance of protecting both your corporate and personal brand online alongside some of the latest technology available to retailers, such as Near Field Communication and Augmented Reality, to boost their multichannel retail offering.

Both conferences were attended by some of the biggest retail names in the UK and Ireland including; Superdry, Harvey Nichols, Morrisons and many start-up businesses looking to take their offering online.
