We started working with 24 Seven back in 2013, with a brief to differentiate them in a price driven, competitive market. During Discovery, we found that they had a number of big advantages over the competition; innovation, agility and customer service that is second to none. We developed a strategy that provided them with the tools they needed to move the business on. So it was no surprise to us when they became the first UK network operator to launch a mobile SIM card that could jump between networks, helping to guarantee the best coverage.
Mobile reception is an emotive issue, and when the topic came to a head in late 2014, we were on hand to help make their points to the government consultation and gear the business up for launch, earlier this year. Significant wins during 2015 have included interviews with BBC News, Business Insider and hero titles within the target business telecoms sector.
And the issue is one that provokes as much reaction now as it ever has. Over the past few weeks, we’ve helped 24 Seven make representations to the Competitions and Markets Authority, secured a half page interview in the Yorkshire Post, and set up an extremely successful trial with one of the UK’s foremost telecoms experts.
So as mobile reception continues to be a concern for businesses, 24 Seven are up to the challenge and leading the way. In fact, just this week, the RAC Foundation launched statistics showing how poor reception was whilst on the roads – an issue 24 Seven are already tackling head on.
